Each table element is defined as follows:

Type Index Value
The upper four bits define the type assigned, while the lower 12 bits define the index into
the table defined by the type. For example, if the type bits were 00, then the index value
would be the offset into the Select List table. The defined types and tables are as follows:

NOTE
For File 60, the type bits must be set at 00 to view faults. Faults
only reside in the Select List table.
